Ashland Custom Homes focuses on building quality custom homes for real people. We are a Charlotte focused builder, dedicated to building homes with character. We do not mass-produce dozens of cookie-cutter homes nor do we build McMansions that only the elite can afford. We build real homes, for real people and real families.
We are a small, specialty builder, offering new home construction, remodeling and renovation work. Focused on quality versus quantity, we provide a unique combination of value and unequalled personalized service. Clients have come to expect to work directly with owners, Ed and Howie in every project from start, to finish, and beyond. This is truly what creates The Ashland Experience.

First, we hope that you will find our designs and floor plans to be as unique and charming as they are functional. The architectural details and interior design features of your home should be designed with you in mind, and will set your home apart. No detail is too small, and we think this mind-set reflects positively in the homes we create.
Second, and equally as important, this is a reflection of our business practices. Character is the cornerstone of any good business relationship, and we strive to conduct business with both our subcontractors and our homebuyers in a completely honest and straightforward manner. From start to finish, we set reasonable and clear expectations, we do not over-promise, and we keep our commitments.
